Continuous Medical Education, CME

The fees in Category 1 cover the CME- Lectures, CME-Certification,
continental breakfast for 2 days , lunch on saturday, and coffee breaks. The fees in Categories 2-3 cover the same items,
except CME-Certification.

CME Evaluation Forms need to be completed and submitted to IAMA by those who register in Category 1.
Forms will be available upon check-in. Categories 2 and 3 do not get CME Certificates and do not need
to fill out Evaluation Forms.
